Unfortunately, the above application to the Heritage Lottery Fund has proved unsuccessful. Competition for the funding was extremely competitive, with eleven applications going through this Stage 1 bid process and fifteen turned down. Whilst the AONB Partnership are naturally very disappointed, the team will be looking to submit further applications for funding in the near future to enable the very best parts of the LPS bid to come to fruition.
