FWAG South West Update

You may have read in the farming press that the Farming and Wildlife Advisory Group Ltd has gone into administration. However, please be assured that here in the South West we are establishing a new organisation that will mean we can continue our valuable work securing benefits for wildlife in the farmed environment.
FWAG has always been especially strong in the South West, and we have supported thousands of farmers with up-to-date, practicable advice on diverse issues including Environmental Stewardship, soil management, renewable energy opportunities, woodland management and Cross Compliance. A dedicated team of advisors will continue to provide this valuable advice and support across the South West region, and we are also securing continued funding for our projects, such as the Dorset Arable Project and Return of the Natives. We have had tremendous support in the last few difficult weeks from our farmer members and partner organisations, and we look forward to continued support as we establish FWAG South West.

We will keep you updated over the coming weeks.
