South West Rural and Farming Network launched

Hotline to Government for rural business and communities

Fourteen networks have been set up across England to identify and feed back local issues and concerns to Government to inform policy making. The Rural and Farming Networks will bring together people from rural communities, rural businesses and the food and farming industries. Each group will also be a vital point of contact in the event of local emergencies – such as flooding – to ensure that localised assistance can be provided to help keep businesses running.
