Alongside the Health Fair will be a series of presentations, including a look at how dementia awareness can be raised in South West Wiltshire at 5.30pm. David Burton from Alzheimer’s Support will be the main speaker, providing an overview on where people can find support and information, so please come to this to find out more.
One way that you can make a real difference is to become a ‘Dementia Friend’, to understand a bit more about dementia and the little ways you can help; this is nationwide initiative supported by the Alzheimer’s Society and you can read more about it via this link:

Places are limited but if the demand is there then more can be arranged.
