Do you need funding for your group?
Our challenge is to make a positive change in Wiltshire and Swindon by helping local groups make life better for their communities. We want to help you to support those who need it most.You can apply grants for project or core costs and overheads for:
Foundation Grants
Apply for up to £5,000 a year for up to three years’ funding. Funding will go to projects where the majority of people who will benefit, experience disadvantage either economically, socially, geographically or physically. Expression of interest closes on 1st October 2015.The Office of Police & Crime Commissioner Grants
Apply for up to £3,000 for one year’s funding. Applications are welcomed from groups who seek to bring communities together to tackle local issues around anti-social behaviour, crime, drug and alcohol related crime, reducing re-offending, violence against women and girls or youth crime. Expression of interest closes on 28th August 2015.Comic Relief Small Grants
Grants available up to around £1,000-2,000 to support work where there is clear evidence of a sustained beneficial impact on people’s lives who are excluded or disadvantaged through low income, rural or social isolation, age, disabilities, race, sexuality or gender. Priority is to be given to small, locally based groups or organisations in areas of disadvantage that have a clear understanding of the needs of their community and are undertaking actions as a means of addressing these needs.
